    You guys in Bloomington did fine with the helpline, but you may want to pass along to HQ that the 'GOODBYE2020' promo was not worded well, very deceptive (20% off + free shipping)! I shopped through the link indicated and was interested in accessories, which was one of the choices at top screen. When I finished my order, there was no s/h on the subtotal page, but when I went to pay, it added almost $17 s/h.
